Visit to Zambia

In Spring 2014, Gerard and Annemieke together with the Chairman of the Foundation School Projects Zambia, Chris Hendriks, traveled to Kalwala Village in Zambia. It was an impressive experience. Gerard, Annemieke and Chris were warmly welcomed. They stayed there for almost a week. Enough time to spend with and get to know the people from the village, the people who manage the project and of course the children. This gave us such a good feeling and made us even more motivated to try to collect the amount needed to build the canteen. 

The construction has started. The foundation is almost finished and a large part of the necessary materials is purchased (April 2014). We will keep you informed on the further course of the project.
